结构试验和工程实践均表明体系节点具有半刚性特点,但在结构分析和设计中,通常采用理想刚性或铰接进行简化,不能反映结构的真实受力。为掌握和合理利用该轻钢龙骨体系节点的半刚性性能,对3种典型节点型式进行了试验测试,利用材料力学和结构力学的分析原理和方法得到各节点的弯矩与转角曲线(即M-θ曲线);参考型钢结构节点半刚性分析方法,得到各节点的初始连接刚度和极限弯矩承载力;通过拟合试验数据得到各节点的M-θ曲线和节点形状参数,曲线吻合较好,所得形状参数可以用于工程设计。研究结果表明:型钢结构节点的半刚性分析方法可以用于轻钢结构体系,也可为其他类型轻钢结构节点的研究提供参考。
Both structural tests and engineering practices show that system nodes have semi-rigid characteristics. However, in structural analysis and design, ideal rigidities or hinges are usually used to simplify and can not reflect the true force of the structure. In order to grasp and make reasonable use of the semi-rigid properties of the joints of the light steel keel system, three types of typical joints were tested. The semi-rigid analysis method of the joint of the steel structure is used to obtain the initial connection stiffness and the ultimate bearing capacity of each node. The M-θ curve and node shape parameters of each node are obtained by fitting the experimental data. , The resulting shape parameters can be used for engineering design. The results show that the method of semi-rigid analysis of steel structure nodes can be used in light steel structure system and also provide reference for the research of other types of light steel structure nodes.
