利用4个不育系与7个恢复系对K、V型不育系育性恢复遗传进行了分析。结果表明,F1育性恢复表现为显性遗传,F2群体育性分离呈现多态性。K83(21)35A、K149A、V149A三个不育系的育性恢复均受两对基因控制,V83(21)35A的育性恢复所需基因数目在不同遗传背景中不同。同一恢复系在K83(21)35A和V83(21)35A两种不同遗传背景中表现不同的育性分离。分析F2育性分离多态性的原因,认为主要与不育系本身细胞质和细胞核基因组的双元调控、微效基因、修饰基因以及基因间互作等遗传因素有关
Four sterile lines and seven restorer lines were used to analyze the fertility restoration inheritance of K and V CMS lines. The results showed that the fertility restoration of F1 showed dominant inheritance, and that of F2 population showed polymorphism. The fertility restoration of K83 (21) 35A, K149A and V149A was controlled by two pairs of genes. The number of genes needed to restore fertility of V83 (21) 35A was different in different genetic backgrounds. The same restorer showed different fertility segregation in two different genetic backgrounds, K83 (21) 35A and V83 (21) 35A. The reason of polymorphism of F2 fertility was analyzed. It was mainly related to the dual regulation of the cytoplasm and nucleus genome of the CMS line, genetic factors such as the minor gene, the modified gene and the inter-gene interaction
