目的:探讨一种喙突骨折复位与固定的手术方法。方法:采用腮腺手术切口,翻瓣后显露面神经颧支及上颊支,在其间作切口直达骨折处,在直视下复位、固定骨折的喙突。结果:手术切口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后一周影像学检查骨折复位良好,2周后张口恢复正常,无面神经损伤。结论:腮腺手术切口入路应用于喙突骨折的复位固定,减少了复位难度,提高了手术质量,且术中出血少,不易损伤面神经分支。
Objective: To explore a method for the reduction and fixation of coracoid fracture. Methods: The parotid gland was used for incision. The flap was opened to reveal the zygomatic branch and the upper cheek branch of the facial nerve. The incision was made directly to the fracture site and reset under direct vision to fix the coracoid process of the fracture. Results: All the incisions healed in the first stage. One week after the operation, the fracture of the fracture was well reconstructed. The opening of the mouth returned to normal after 2 weeks without any facial nerve injury. CONCLUSION: Parotid gland incision approach is applied to the reduction and fixation of the coracoid process fractures, which reduces the difficulty of reduction and improves the quality of operation. It also has less intraoperative bleeding and less damage to the facial nerve branches.
