亚临界压力蒸发管内的传热恶化(膜态沸腾)问题,是大容量电站锅炉发展中的关键技术之一。30万、60万千瓦直流锅炉水冷壁上采用四头内螺纹管作为抑制膜态沸腾工况的手段。为了尽可能模拟实际锅炉水冷壁的受热工况,本文的试验工作系在单面辐射加热的试验装置上进行,通过试验研究,明确了各种工况参数对四头内螺纹管抑制和推迟膜态沸腾效果的影响。
