将膨胀石墨加入到月桂酸中,用熔融共混法制备了月桂酸复合相变材料,采用扫描电镜、差示扫描量热仪、综合热分析仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪等对复合相变材料的微观结构、相变性能、稳定性等性能进行了表征分析。测试结果表明,月桂酸复合相变材料结构上是硬脂酸与膨胀石墨的物理结合,未发生化学反应生成其他物质,保持了两者的优良性能;随着膨胀石墨含量的增加,复合相变材料热稳定性提高,导热性能增强,热效率提高,同时,相变温度和相变潜热降低。
The expanded graphite was added to lauric acid, the lanthanum composite phase change material was prepared by melt blending method, and the phase change materials were synthesized by scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimeter, integrated thermal analyzer and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer The microstructure, phase transition performance, stability and other properties were characterized analysis. The test results show that the structure of laurate composite phase change material is the physical combination of stearic acid and expanded graphite without chemical reaction to generate other substances and maintain the excellent performance of both. With the increase of the content of expanded graphite, The thermal stability of the material is improved, the thermal conductivity is enhanced, the thermal efficiency is improved, and the phase transition temperature and the latent heat of phase transformation are reduced.
