从叶片成本出发,对风电叶片的材料设计与结构设计进行了剖析,结合实例进行了“材料/结构设计-成本模型”影响研究;分析出对风电叶片成本影响的关键材料/结构设计因素,用以对风电叶片的设计提供指导与参考。材料组分和结构部件的角度建立的成本模型显示,对材料成本影响最大的因素为主梁部件单向玻纤材料和蒙皮夹心结构部件夹心材料,通过合理选材与优化,可以对兆瓦级40~50m叶片降低材料成本超过8%。
Starting from the cost of blades, the material design and structural design of wind turbine blades were analyzed. The “Material / Structure Design - Cost Model” impact study was carried out with examples.
