结果表明,橡胶无性系PR107的胶乳干胶含量、每株割次干胶产量、胶乳蔗糖含量、总酸性磷酸酶活性、胶乳硫酸、无机磷、镁含量和乳管堵塞指数有明显的季节性变化。PR107经过冬季休割后重新割胶初期,胶乳干胶含量、镁含量下降,而干胶产量、胶乳蔗糖含量、总酸性磷酸酶活性及堵塞指数逐渐上升。在5月份有一个产胶小高峰。第2次抽叶对胶乳的干胶含量影响不大,但此期胶乳的镁含量下降幅度最大,乳管堵塞指数最高,橡胶产量降至峰谷。抽叶后橡胶树的乳管堵塞指数下降,产胶量上升,至10月达到全年最高峰。到冬季胶乳干含、产胶量及总酸性磷酸酶活性明显下降,而胶乳硫酸和无机磷含量显著上升,其它生理参数保持在较低值。胶乳蔗糖含量保持上升趋势至11月份,胶乳硫酸和无机磷含量与气温变化里极显著负相关。

The content of sucrose in latex kept rising trend. In November, the content of sulfuric acid and inorganic phosphorus in latex was significantly and negatively correlated with the temperature change.
