磨削为金属机械精加工的一种形式。因此,在磨削工作中,不仅对提高劳动生产率,而且对改迸被加工另件表面层的质量予以很大的注意。目前,已证实:另件与砂轮相接触的部分所产生的高温,对微观不平度,磨削灼份,裂纹、残余应力等等之产生有很大的影晌。有人认为在被磨另件表面层形成过程中温度因素有主要作用。因而,研究如何消除在磨削时经常产生的灼份,裂纹,等等缺陷的有效方法是与研究在不同的工艺因素下磨削温度变化的一些基本规律有着密切的关系。
Grinding is a form of metal machining. Therefore, in the grinding process, great attention is paid not only to improving labor productivity but also to improving the quality of the finished surface of the finished part. At present, it has been confirmed that the high temperature caused by the contact of the other part with the grinding wheel has a great influence on the micro unevenness, grinding burns, cracks, residual stress and the like. Some people think that the surface temperature of the workpiece being ground during the formation of the main factors. Therefore, it is very important to study how to eliminate the defects such as burrs, cracks and so on which are often produced during grinding. It is closely related to the study of some basic laws of grinding temperature under different technological factors.
