目的:探讨桂西地区卫生档案管理员的职业倦怠情况。方法:采用国际通用职业倦怠量表(MBI-HSS)对桂西地区100名卫生档案管理员进行调查。结果:(1)总体上桂西地区卫生档案管理员职业倦怠检出率为57%(57/100),其中轻度倦怠32名,中度倦怠22名,高度倦怠3名。(2)桂西地区女性卫生档案管理员情绪衰竭程度高于男性(P=0.0246);46岁以上卫生档案管理员的情绪衰竭、去个性化维度高于其他人员(P=0.001,0.002);已婚人员的情绪衰竭维度高于未婚人员(P=0.0036);本科学历的卫生档案管理员情绪衰竭维度高于其他人员(P=0.001),而个人成就感降低维度低于其他人员(P=0.002);高级职称的卫生档案管理员的情绪衰竭、去个性化维度高于其他人员(P=0.011,0.001);从事卫生档案管理工作21年以上的卫生档案管理员情绪衰竭和去个性化维度显著高于其他组人员(P均=0.001);而个人成就感降低维度显著低于其他组人员(P=0.002)。结论:桂西地区卫生档案管理员出现职业倦怠状况较高。性别、年龄、婚姻状况、学历、职称、卫生档案管理工龄等因素对卫生档案管理员职业倦怠程度有重要影响。
Objective: To explore the job burnout of health file managers in western Guangxi. Methods: 100 medical records managers in western Guangxi were surveyed by MBI-HSS. Results: (1) The detection rate of occupational burnout in health archives administrators in western Guangxi was 57% (57/100) in total, of which 32 were mild burnout, 22 were moderate burnout and 3 were highly burnout. (2) The level of emotional exhaustion of female health archivists in Guixi area is higher than that of men (P = 0.0246). The health archivists over 46 years of age have emotional exhaustion, which is higher than others in personalization dimension (P = 0.001,0.002). Emotional exhaustion dimensions of married persons were higher than those of unmarried persons (P = 0.0036); degree of emotional exhaustion of hygienic archivists with undergraduate education was higher than others (P = 0.001), and personal accomplishment was lower than other persons (P = 0.002); senior titles of the health archivists emotional exhaustion, to individualize higher than other personnel (P = 0.011,0.001); engaged in health records management for more than 21 years of health archivists emotional exhaustion and personalized dimension (P = 0.001). However, the reduction of personal accomplishment was significantly lower than that of other groups (P = 0.002). Conclusion: There is a high level of occupational burnout among health archivists in western Guangxi. Gender, age, marital status, academic qualifications, job title, health records management length of service and other factors have a significant impact on the degree of occupational burnout of health records managers.
