随着科学技术的快速发展,航空行业已经成为了21世纪发展最为迅猛的交通运输业,我国逐渐从民航大国过渡为民航强国。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对空中乘务人员的服务水平以及整体形象的要求的随之提高。因此,空中乘务人员必须具有高素质高品质的服务质量,为乘客提供优质的服务,提高个人的形象价值,从而提升航空公司的整体形象。航空公司能否在激烈的市场竞争中争取到更多的客源,空乘服务的质量占有绝大部分因素。本文就空中乘务人员的整体形象进行了简要的分析,阐述了空乘人员在航空发展中的重要地位。
