在冬春季节小儿易患大疱性鼓膜炎。该病比较多见,但极易漏诊。笔者1988年3月～1992年12月共诊治12岁以下大疱性鼓膜炎86例,104耳。临床资料一、一般情况本组男54例,女32例。年龄<3岁22例,3～7岁38例,8～12岁26例。双耳患病18例,单耳患病68例。单耳中左耳30例,右耳38例。患儿大多哭闹不安,以耳痛为主,剧烈耳痛64例;轻度耳痛22例。耳闷不适64例,听力下降38例,耳鸣16例。全部病例均有感冒病史,咳嗽38例,呕吐8例。多数患儿首先就诊于小儿内科,首次就诊于
