根据转子不平衡响应的计算结果与系统辨识原理,建立了一组包含不平衡量、振动响应和频率响应函数的系统方程.提出了一种辨识不平衡状态的新方法,并以某冶金厂D900离心式鼓风机为例进行了模拟实验,结果表明,该方法能辨识不平衡量在3个叶轮中分布的大小和方位.因而可直接用于指导维修工作.对风机来说,在辨识不平衡状态之后,还可计算出各叶轮处的振动响应,有利于设备的在线监测和诊断
According to the calculation results of rotor unbalance response and the principle of system identification, a set of system equations including unbalance, vibration response and frequency response function are established. A new method to identify the unbalanced state was proposed. The simulation experiment was carried out with a D900 centrifugal blower of a metallurgical plant. The results show that this method can identify the size and orientation of the unbalance distributed in three impellers. Which can be used directly to guide the maintenance work. For fans, after identifying the unbalanced state, the vibration response at each impeller can also be calculated, which is conducive to on-line monitoring and diagnosis of equipment
