目的了解兴业县法定传染病疫情报告情况,为加强农村基层医疗单位疫报工作提供参考。方法对全县13家县、乡两级医疗单位法定传染病疫情报告资料进行统计分析。结果2007年兴业县法定传染病漏报率为10.15%,各医疗单位漏报率最高为100.00%,最低为0.00%;报告及时率为97.17%;报告卡完整率89.39%。结论农村基层医疗单位存在法定传染病漏报和迟报现象,管理力度有待加强。
Objective To understand the situation of notifiable infectious diseases in Xingye County and provide reference for strengthening the epidemic reporting in rural primary medical units. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the reported data of notifiable infectious diseases in medical units of 13 counties and townships across the county. Results In 2007, the incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in Xingye County was 10.15%. The highest false negative rate was 100.00% in each medical unit, with a minimum of 0.00%. The prompt reporting rate was 97.17%. The complete report rate of card was 89.39%. Conclusion Rural grass-roots medical units have the phenomenon of underreporting and late reporting of notifiable infectious diseases, and their management needs to be strengthened.
