目的了解噪声对机动车驾驶员听力的影响。方法听力测定使用AC33型双道电测听仪,在本底<30dB隔音室内进行。结果机动车驾驶员听力损失与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);机动车驾驶员听力损失与驾驶年限有统计学意义(P<0.01);各频率间听力损失值有差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论噪声对机动车驾驶员听力有明显损害,以高频听力损伤为主,表现为4K Hz和6K Hz频率明显听力损失,且比语言频率听力损失严重。
Objective To understand the effect of noise on motorist hearing. Methods Hearing test using AC33-type two-way electrical audiometer, in the background <30dB noise room. Results Motor vehicle driver hearing loss compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); motor vehicle driver hearing loss and driving duration were statistically significant (P <0.01); the frequency of hearing loss there are differences Statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion Noise has obvious damage to motorists’ hearing, which is mainly caused by high-frequency hearing loss, which shows significant hearing loss at 4K Hz and 6K Hz, and severe hearing loss than language frequency.
