随着时代的发展,教材,教学方法教育理念都在不断更新,老师学生也在崭新的教育环境下改变着,老师充满教育激情,学生充满学习热情,但是,在这样和谐的氛围中,仍然存在着问题,老师过度重视改革和创新,却忘记了传统教育中的精华,忽略了课堂教育的重要性,因此,老师要在改革创新的基础上提高课堂教学的效率。只有这样,才能更好地教育学生,充分发挥老师的作用。
