蛋白质分解代谢在运动中的变化及作用已引起国内外研究者的广泛关注.据文献资料报导,运动中蛋白质分解供能约占5~10%,以弥补糖元供能的不足.蛋白质是细胞的主要组成成分,对于组织的生长、修复起着极为重要的作用.运动中蛋白质分解增强可致人体内蛋白质总量丢失,长期运动训练时不注意蛋白质的补充,氮利用势必增加,可能引起人体疲劳.由于运动中蛋白质代谢的变化较为复杂,且选用的评定指标各异,研究结果存在一些矛盾,有必要进一步深入研究.本文根据已获得的文献作一综述.
