In order to improve quality, reduce energy consumption, and increase production efficiency, the second brick making factory in Nenjiang County recently researched new techniques for artificially drying natural tidewater from clay bricks and created a new road for the seasonal production of bricks in northern Heilongjiang Province. For many years, the northern brick making industry has been using traditional drying methods to make bricks. This traditional process method not only has low efficiency, high energy consumption, severe equipment damage, but also affects the output and quality. Nenjiang County No. 2 Brick Making Factory invested only 5,000 yuan on the basis of the old equipment, and slightly expanded and transformed it. With the existing old factory building, it has boldly reformed the process technology on the basis of the traditional dry-steam-removal technology and researched the success of the artificial clay brick. Drying natural tide and new technology solves the high energy consumption of traditional drying process of clay bricks.
