目的通过对供应室压力蒸汽灭菌监控分析,提高灭菌管理质量。方法采用常规设备工艺流程监测、化学监测、生物监测等方法进行灭菌质量的综合监控。结果三种监测方法以常规设备工艺流程监测发现问题居多,主要为灭菌设备部件的损坏;B-D试验阳性为柜门皮碗固定螺丝松动,冬季锅内空气起始温度较低,未充分预热,重力作用明显,冷空气不易排净所致;生物监测异常考虑与当批自含式菌片帽盖密封性能不良有关。结论应加强供应室压力蒸汽灭菌各环节的管理,提高消毒员的业务素质和责任心,确保合格的灭菌物品供应临床使用。
Objective To improve the quality of sterilization management through pressure steam sterilization monitoring in supply room. Methods The routine equipment technological process monitoring, chemical monitoring and biological monitoring methods were used to monitor the quality of sterilization. Results The monitoring methods of the three kinds of equipment showed that the majority of the problems were found in the monitoring of the conventional equipment, mainly due to the damage of the components of the sterilization equipment. The positive BD test was that the fixing screw of the cupboard door was loosened, the starting temperature of the air in the winter pot was low, , The role of gravity is obvious, the cold air is not easy to drain the net caused by biological monitoring abnormalities and when the batch containing self-contained flap cap sealing performance is poor. Conclusion The management of pressure steam sterilization in supply room should be strengthened so as to improve the professional quality and responsibility of disinfection workers and ensure the clinical use of qualified sterile supplies.
