《历史课程标准》指出改革应有利于学生学习方式的转变,倡导学生积极主动的参与教学过程,勇于提出问题,学会分析问题和解决问题的方法,改变学生死记硬背和被动接受知识的学习方式。历史课程改革应有利于教师教学方式的转变,树立以学生为主体的教学观念,鼓励教师创造性地探索新的教学途径,改进教学方法和教学手段,组织丰富多彩的教学实践活动,为学生学习营造一个兴趣盎然的良好环境,激发学生学习历史的兴趣。
