每月6日早上7:30至7:55,临沂市人社局主要负责同志都会带领相关科室单位人员,走进由临沂市人民政府纠风办公室与临沂市人民广播电视台联合举办的“行风热线”节目,现场接听热线电话,解答群众反映问题,听取对人社工作的意见建议,改进工作作风,提升服务质量和效能,架起服务群众的连心桥。去年以来,共接听热线电话109个,均在第一时间对接,妥善予以解决。
