日前,福建省12333公共服务平台正式运行启动仪式在福州举行。据悉,在经过福建省人力资源和社会保障厅、中国电信福建分公司的共同努力,福建省12333公共服务平台经过四个多月的试运行完善,在2012年12月20日投入正式使用。运行后设置30个电话坐席,工作日5×8小时,为社会公众提供人力资源和社会保障服务(社会保障卡挂失提供7x24小时自动语言服务和网站自助挂失服务)。
Recently, the official launch ceremony of 12333 public service platform in Fujian Province was held in Fuzhou. It is reported that after the joint efforts of Fujian Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and China Telecom Fujian Branch, Fujian 12333 public service platform has been put into formal use on December 20, 2012 after more than four months of trial operation. After the operation set up 30 telephone seats, working days 5 × 8 hours, for the public to provide human resources and social security services (Social Security card report loss provides 7x24 hours automatic language service and website report loss service).
