本文介绍了“抗孕-53”差向异构体的反相HPLC测定方法。“抗孕-53”差向异构体中,α体的C_2炔基处于e键,β体的C_2炔基处于α键,利用两者极性的微小差异,本文用甲醇:水(85:15)为流动相在Zorbax-C_(18)色谱柱中分离,以uv200nm检测。所建立的方法简便,灵敏、准确。
This article describes the reverse-phase HPLC method for the determination of the “anti-pregnant-53” epimer. In the “anti-pregnancy-53” epimer, the C2 alkynyl group of the alpha body is at the e bond, and the C2 alkynyl group at the beta body is at the alpha bond. Using the slight difference in the polarity of the two, methanol:water (85: 15) The mobile phase was separated on a Zorbax-C 18 column and detected at uv 200 nm. The established method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
