通过同位素示踪,本文报告:在体外短期细胞培养的条件下,大鼠抗兔Ⅱ型抗体对家兔关节软骨细胞DNA、硫酸多糖和胶原的合成都有明显的抑制作用。
By isotope tracing, we reported that rat anti-rabbit type II antibodies significantly inhibited the synthesis of rabbit cartilage DNA, sulfated polysaccharides, and collagen under conditions of short-term cell culture in vitro.
