教案中的烦琐哲学是相当严重的。如算术教案,不仅要把教学目的、重点、难点、关键、教具、教法、教学过程、注意问题等统统写上,而且课本上的例题、算式、得数、答案、结语、文字说明、练习题等,也要照抄一遍。由于教案内容繁杂,上课时根本来不及看。但是,却浪费了大量的时间。目前小学教师大多要上二十几节课,每天写教案要用三、四课时。由于白天空堂很少,早、晚还要学习、开会、批改作业,钻研教材。只好利用饭后休息时间和星期日写教案。还有的在课堂上利用学生做作业的时候写。这种做法,加重了教师的负担,不利于教师的身体健康,也阻碍了教改的进展。
