由于结构中平行于脉冲传播路径的钢筋的影响,难于以超声脉冲法测量混凝土声速,不能以声速值检测混凝土内部缺陷。作者通过室内试验发现,虽然有平行钢筋,但接收波振幅仍能反映缺陷的存在并成功地在某工程平行钢筋密集的结构上探测内部缺陷。为了准确地判断缺陷,作者运用了数理统计方法。本文论述了室内试验、现场检测及结果分析的情况。
Due to the influence of the steel bars in the structure parallel to the pulse propagation path, it is difficult to measure the sound velocity of concrete by the ultrasonic pulse method, and the internal defects of concrete can not be detected by the sound velocity value. Through laboratory tests, the authors found that although there are parallel steel bars, the amplitude of the received wave can still reflect the existence of defects and successfully detect the internal defects on the parallel steel-reinforced structure of a certain project. In order to accurately judge the defects, the author uses mathematical statistics. This article discusses indoor testing, field testing and results analysis.
