以我国西南干热河谷的代表物种坡柳[Dodonaea viscosa(L.)Jacq]种子为试验材料,萌发前以40、60、80、100℃4个高温处理,探讨萌发前高温处理对坡柳种子萌发率的影响,讨论火在干热河谷植被形成中扮演的作用。结果表明,当处理温度高于40℃时,坡柳种子萌发率显著高于常温对照,具有明显的热冲击效应,80℃处理10 min时萌发率最高,达63.00%±2.55%;储存1年后的坡柳种子仍具有明显的热冲击效应;与传统的热水浸种相比,萌发前干燥高温处理过的坡柳种子,其萌发率显著提高。
The seeds of Dodonaea viscosa (L.) Jacq, a representative species in the hot and cold valley of southwest China, were used as experimental materials. Four high temperature treatments (40, 60, 80 and 100 ℃) were conducted before germination. Germination rate, discussing the role of fire in the formation of dry-hot valley vegetation. The results showed that when the treatment temperature was higher than 40 ℃, the seed germination rate of P. philoxeroides was significantly higher than that of the normal temperature control and had obvious thermal shock effect.
