目的了解上海某区公立及民营医疗机构的消毒质量,进一步规范各类医疗机构消毒管理工作。方法通过现场抽样检测的方法,对上海某区部分医疗机构的消毒质量进行调查。结果本次调查的20家公立医疗机构消毒质量合格率为92.4%,20家民营医疗机构消毒质量合格率为96.5%。公立医疗机构消毒质量合格率低于90%的场所有侯诊室、补液室和病房;民营医疗机构消毒质量合格率均在90%以上。所有监测对象中,以室内空气消毒质量合格率最低,公立和民营医疗机构合格率分别为67.8%和82.3%。结论上海某区医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,公立与民营医疗机构消毒质量基本处于相同水平,应加强对薄弱环节的消毒管理。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of public and private medical institutions in a district in Shanghai and to further standardize the disinfection and management of various medical institutions. Methods By means of field sampling and testing, the disinfection quality of some medical institutions in a district of Shanghai was investigated. Results The surveyed 20 public medical institutions disinfection quality pass rate was 92.4%, 20 private medical institutions disinfection quality pass rate of 96.5%. Public medical institutions disinfection quality pass rate of less than 90% of the places have Hou clinic, rehydration room and ward; disinfection quality of private medical institutions pass rate of 90%. Among all the monitoring objects, the passing rate of indoor air disinfection quality was the lowest, and the pass rates of public and private medical institutions were 67.8% and 82.3% respectively. Conclusion The quality of disinfection in medical institutions in a district of Shanghai is generally good. The disinfection quality of public and private medical institutions is basically at the same level, and the disinfection management of the weak links should be strengthened.
