Shanghai Cable Factory is a large-scale state-owned enterprise with a history of more than 50 years. In the period of planned economy, Shanghai was once a large household with over 100 million yuan in taxes and profits. After the implementation of the market economy, due to the large and small cable plant, the supply of cable products was oversupply, and the prices of the cable products were under competition.
