在中国,社区建设的核心问题是基层社会的治理结构问题。由于中国城市社区建设是作为社会转型的产物,或更确切地说,是作为针对社会转型过程中出现的一系列结构性问题的解决方案而提出来的,因此转型的不确定必然带来问题的不确定、解决问题方案的不确定,社区概念本身的不确定,最后,必然带来社区作为一种治理结构的不确定。本文试图从社区概念的内在规定性入手,来探讨社会转型期社区体制设计中的几个实践问题。
In China, the core issue of community building is the governance structure of grass-roots society.
