民族地区现代化进程中的新情况、新问题,是人们普遍关注的重大课题,如何去思考、解答和引领,已经成为社会各界关注的焦点。本文通过对民族地区历史和现实的理论分析,提出了以不断地丰富、发展时代主题的理论和树立辩证的、发展变化的时代主题观来审视、理解、把握和处理民族地区现代化进程中的新情况、新问题的思路,主要从现代化的价值目标、社会问题的广泛性视角和个体发展意识等三个方面入手,为民族地区的理论宣传工作提出了可供借鉴的方法。
The new situation and new problems in the process of the modernization of ethnic areas are major issues of common concern. How to think, answer and lead has become the focus of attention of all circles in the community. Through the theoretical analysis of the history and reality of minority areas, this paper proposes that the theory of constantly enriching and developing the theme of the times and the dialectical theme of the times should be used to examine, understand, grasp and handle the new issues in the process of the modernization of ethnic regions And the ideas of the new problems, this article mainly provides three ways to promote the theoretical propaganda in the minority areas from three aspects: the value goal of modernization, the broad perspective of social issues and the individual development awareness.
