去年《档案工作》第三期刊登的李乔同志《我为什么要当“楼长”》一文,我认为是写得比较好的,全文的中心思想体现了这个局长的共产主义精神,体现了精神文明在处处闪光,体现了这个局长在八小时之外也是全心全意为人民服务的思想。这种“楼长”精神就是雷锋精神,是值得赞扬的。我还认为当“楼长”也是一种社会的分工和革命的需要。一个宿舍的居民组,有一个业余的热心的“楼长”来负责该楼的工作,对社会的安定团结,开展邻里互助都是有好处的,其作用是很大的.当然你这个“楼长”当得好,给我家帮了忙,到时自然人家也要帮你的忙,这应该说是无可非议的。
