悬辊制管机现在国内已有相当的用户,但电气控制没备都较简单,功能有限。最近,我厂研制成功了微电脑悬辊制管机控制装置,现已投入实际使用。该装置适用于主机为整流子电机的悬辊机,稍加改动,也可用于采用滑差电机的悬辊机或离心机。该装置微电脑采用MCS-51系列8031单片机,微电脑外壳采用KBA型通用仪表箱,内部主要是一块印刷电路板。仪表箱后部有接线端子,用以连接微电脑与按钮箱及强电
