据中国科学院金属研究所王严岩、祝时昌的试验介绍,为防止焊接接头应力腐蚀开裂,采用爆炸处理法比热处理更为有效,且能取得更大经济效益,这对结构安全具有重要意义。选用的试验材料为16MnR,试件为T型接头,焊接参数采用球罐实际施工参数,预热温度为120℃,电流130~150A,电压20~22V,焊接线能量为10~24kJ/cm,焊条为φ4mm结507。试件分三种状态,即焊后状态,焊后热处理状态(610℃,1h,炉冷),焊后爆炸处理状态三种,每种两件。应力腐蚀介质选用60%Ca(NO_3)_2+3%NH_4NO_3+
According to experiments by Wang Yanyan and Zhu Shichang of the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in order to prevent stress corrosion cracking of welded joints, the explosion treatment method is more effective than heat treatment and can achieve greater economic benefits, which is of great significance for structural safety.
