针对目前出版界“无错不成书”的通病,就科技图书编辑的责任与文责自负的关系进行了讨论。明确认为,责任编辑作为一部书的直接责任者,切不可以“文责自负”为由,仅对书稿中的文字表述和错别字等进行修改,而应对稿件的内容进行认真细致的审读加工。并着重讨论了编辑在审读加工过程中,应注意从相关学科的交叉结合部、定义和基本概念、逻辑性、名词、计量单位及数据等方面把好内容关,以保证和提高图书质量。
For the current publishing industry “no mistake without a book ” common problems, the responsibility of science and technology book editors and the responsibility of the text is discussed. It is clear that responsible editors, as the direct responsibility of a book, must not modify the text and typos in the manuscripts on the grounds that they are “self-responsible”, but should carefully review the contents of manuscripts . In the process of reviewing and processing, the author should pay attention to ensure the quality of the books and improve the quality of the books in terms of the interdisciplinary department, definitions and basic concepts, logic, nouns, units of measure and data of related disciplines.
