我们采用图示液压系统在车床上加工零件,收到了满意的效果。液压分配阀5的各分流缝隙是相等的,液压马达1和9的转动方向及转速都是相同的。液压马达1与丝杠11联接,液压马达9与螺母10联接。当靠模3平行于被加工零件轴线时,螺母10与丝杠11无相对运动,即刀架8没有径向进给运动,这时加工圆柱面。
We use the pictorial hydraulic system in the lathe machining parts, received satisfactory results. The distribution slits of the hydraulic distribution valve 5 are equal, and the rotation direction and the rotation speed of the hydraulic motors 1 and 9 are the same. The hydraulic motor 1 is connected with the lead screw 11, and the hydraulic motor 9 is connected with the nut 10. When the model 3 is parallel to the axis of the workpiece to be machined, there is no relative movement of the nut 10 and the lead screw 11, that is, the tool carrier 8 does not have a radial feed motion, and the cylindrical surface is machined.
