在参考相关研究的基础上,结合大小兴安岭森林生态功能区的区域特点,选取森林管护程度、地区恩格尔系数、受教育程度、森林灾害受害率、经济发展水平、防灾资金所占基本建设资金的比重作为自变量,利用逐步回归法对大小兴安岭森林生态功能区森林保险发展的主要影响因素进行定量分析,为该区域森林保险业务的开展,也为政府相关政策的拟定,提供客观依据。
Based on the related researches and the regional characteristics of forest ecological function zones in Xinganling Mountains, this paper chooses the degree of forest management, the Engel coefficient, the education level, the damage rate of forest disasters, the level of economic development, the capital construction funds As the independent variable, the stepwise regression method was used to quantitatively analyze the main factors affecting the development of forest insurance in the forest ecological function zones in the Greater Xing’an Mountains, which provided an objective basis for the development of the forest insurance business in the region and the formulation of relevant government policies.
