我厂于1970年投产,年设计能力120万吨。生产系统分原煤、水洗、浮选三个生产环节。1975年6月我们在山东矿业学院几名工农兵学员的协助下,对原煤系统采用了无触点集中操纵的新技术,经过一个多月的努力,于1975年7月1日试运转成功。在工业性试运转和连续运转中,针对存在的问题,对该系统装置又进行了多次改进和完善,使原煤系统无触点集中操纵装置基本上适应了生产的要求。该装置自动化程度较高,性能良好。
I plant put into operation in 1970, the annual design capacity of 1.2 million tons. Production system points coal, washing, flotation three production processes. In June, 1975, with the help of several workers, peasants and soldiers in Shandong Institute of Mining and Technology, we adopted the new technology of centralized control of non-contact for the raw coal system. After more than a month’s hard work, we successfully commissioned the trial operation on July 1, 1975. In the industrial test run and continuous operation, according to the existing problems, the system device has been repeatedly improved and perfected, so that the raw coal system non-contact centralized control device has basically adapted to the production requirements. The device is highly automated and performs well.
