研究表明:纯β型半水石膏在养护和烘干条件下能产生最大膨胀率为0400%的微膨胀;高铝水泥适合作石膏型膨胀材料;确定了用于补偿锌合金收缩的膨胀石膏型材料的组分及较优配比。研究了膨胀石膏型的膨胀规律、抗压强度和膨胀机理,生成钙矾石是高铝水泥石膏型产生膨胀的主要动因。用所开发的膨胀石膏型浇铸制作肥皂盒的锌合金模具,较好地解决了锌合金的凝固收缩问题。
