采用薄层色谱紫外分光光度测定百令胶囊中腺苷的含量，样品中腺苷浓测定波长为256nm，相关系数r=0.9983，平均回收率为99．44％，CV％为3．82％，方法准确，简便．重视性好，可作为虫草制剂的质量控制指标。
The content of adenosine in Bailing Capsules was determined by TLC UV spectrophotometry. The wavelength of adenosine concentration in the sample was 256 nm, the correlation coefficient was r=0.9983, the average recovery was 99.44%, and the CV% was 3.82%. The method is accurate and simple. Good importance, can be used as a quality control index of Cordyceps preparations.
