在0.01 m ol·L- 1的KOH的底液中, 铜与α-安息香肟形成的配合物在单扫描示波极谱仪上于- 0.58 V (vs.SCE) 产生配合物吸附波。其测定下限可达0.33 pg·m L- 1, 线性范围为0~100pg·m L- 1。本法选择性好, 形成的配合吸附波的稳定性及重现性都非常好, 用于测定海水样品, 结果满意
