到本期为止,本刊推出的主题为“创建学习型社会迎接全球化挑战”的中国月度报告全部结束,这是本刊为响应江泽民同志提出的“构建终身教育体系,创建学习型社会”而精心策划的系列专题,是国内第一个全面创建学习型社会的理论体系。目前,学习型社会的观念已经深入人心,积极探索建设“学习型社会”的热潮正在各地涌起。为了进一步推动学习型社会的创建实践,由北京国际城市研究院与本刊编辑部在相关部委支持下共同编写的中国第一部创建学习型社会理论书系将由中国时代经济出版社隆重推出,与此同时,一个具有组织推动、实践指导等多项功能的创建学习型社会项目部也于近期由该院筹组,这将从理论和实践两个层面推动创建学习型社会活动的全面深入。
As of this issue, China’s monthly report on the theme of “Building a Learning Society to Meet the Challenge of Globalization” has been completed. In order to further promote the establishment of a learning society, the first book on creating a learning-oriented society in China, jointly prepared by the Beijing Institute of Urban Planning and the editorial department of this magazine, will be launched by China Times Economic Press with At the same time, a project of creating a learning society with many functions such as organizational promotion and practical guidance has also been recently organized by the academy, which will push forward the establishment of a learning society in both theory and practice.
