克服中小学教师职业倦怠,有利于调动教师的工作积极性,从而促进义务教育均衡发展。文章通过列举中小学教师职业倦怠的突出表现,分析其产生原因,并从不同侧面提出当前学校教育应对教师职业倦怠的策略,强调尊重教师人格、发挥教师主观能动性等重要作用。
Overcoming the burnout of primary and secondary school teachers is conducive to arousing the enthusiasm of teachers and promoting the balanced development of compulsory education. By enumerating the outstanding performance of primary and secondary school teachers’ occupational burnout, the article analyzes its causes and presents the current school education strategies of coping with teacher burnout from different aspects. It emphasizes the importance of respecting teachers’ personality and bringing teachers’ subjective initiative into play.
