在人工盆栽条件下,对4个不同基因型小麦进行播种前种子PDJ(10-5M)浸种处理和返青期不同水分处理(75%and45%),调查了拔节期不同小麦基因型生长反应,结果表明,土壤水分和PDJ对小麦生理影响因品系和测试指标不同而有显著差异。水分胁迫可显著降低四种小麦植株表现型性状和生物量,从而抑制植物生长,而进行PDJ处理后可以增强植物的抗逆性,减弱水分胁迫的抑制效应。正常水分情况下PDJ可以促进根系生长,而地上部生长对PDJ不敏感。
Four different genotypes of wheat were pre-soaked in PDJ (10-5M) seeds and 75% and45% in turn-greening stages under artificial potting conditions. The genotypic responses of different wheat genotypes at jointing stage were investigated. Results The results showed that the physiological effects of soil moisture and PDJ on wheat were significantly different due to different strains and test indexes. Water stress can significantly reduce the phenotypic traits and biomass of the four wheat plants, thereby inhibiting plant growth, and PDJ treatment can enhance plant stress resistance and reduce the water stress suppression effect. PDJ can promote root growth under normal water conditions, while shoot growth is not sensitive to PDJ.
