人才培养方案的改革决定了人才培养的水平和质量,对于地方本科院校环境设计专业而言,培养方案的改革更应与本校的办学特色和本专业人才培养目标定位相结合,在探索人才培养方案改革的内容和方向时,应该注意科学设置学科专业,合理设置知识结构和能力结构的相关课程,并与企业紧密结合处理好专业培养方案与就业市场需求的关系。
The reform of personnel training program determines the level and quality of personnel training. For environmental design major of local undergraduate colleges, the reform of training program should be combined with the school running characteristics of our university and the orientation of training objectives of this major. In the content and direction of program reform, we should pay attention to the setting of subject disciplines scientifically and the related courses of knowledge structure and ability structure reasonably set up, and closely integrate with the enterprises to handle the relationship between the professional training programs and the job market needs.
