随着餐饮业的不断发展,大众对其功能定位的需求也越来越具体化。餐厅不仅要满足顾客的味蕾,更重要的是提供人们一个舒适的空间。好的设计需要关注的人的生理方面,巧妙的运动人机工学,更要关注到心理层面,特别是为某一类的小群体提供人性化的设计和服务,例如“孤独食客”。“单人餐厅”的设计即是为了满足孤独食客们的需求。设计与生活方式之间也有着密不可分的关系,设计从生活方式中来,也创造新的生活方式。通过“单人餐厅”的设计,宣扬另一种不同的生活方式,让更多人体验能够体验到,设计,为他们带来的改变。
As the restaurant industry continues to evolve, the demand for its functional orientation has become more and more specific. Restaurant not only to meet the customer's taste buds, more importantly, to provide people a comfortable space. Good design requires attention to human physiology, ingenious ergonomics, and more attention to the psychological level, especially for the design and services of a small group of people, such as “lonely diners.” “Single Restaurant ” is designed to meet the needs of lonely diners. There is also an inseparable relationship between design and lifestyle. Design comes from lifestyle and also creates a new way of life. Through the design of “single dining room”, another different lifestyle is promulgated to let more people experience the changes that they can experience, design and bring to them.
