目前,能源资源短缺、环境污染及气候变化等问题日益突出,分布式发电成为有效化解传统能源日渐枯竭与能源利用效率低下以及以煤为主的能源结构与环境压力持续增大双重矛盾的重要途径。我国不同地区的分布式电源发展存在明显差异,为促进分布式电源健康有序发展,针对分布式电源的发展适用性,借助群组决策-反熵权组合法,构建了计及地区特点的分布式电源发展适用性综合评估模型。该模型综合考虑分布式电源的经济性、技术性、资源可用性、环境兼容性和社会性,兼顾主、客观信息。通过算例分析,评估了分布式电源的整体及局部发展适用性,表明所构建的综合评估模型是科学合理的,且具有较大的应用价值。
At present, energy resource shortage, environmental pollution and climate change have become increasingly prominent. The model takes into account the economy, technology, resource availability, environmental compatibility and sociality of distributed generation, taking into account both the primary and objective information. Through the example analysis, the overall and local applicability of distributed generation is evaluated, which shows that the comprehensive evaluation model is scientific and reasonable and has great application value.
