借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等检测手段,对复合稀土微合金化后无取向硅钢成品组织及夹杂物的种类、尺寸以及形貌进行了表征与分析。结果表明:复合稀土微合金化可以适当减小无取向硅钢的晶粒尺寸;钢中的夹杂物数量减少且尺寸集中在0.5~5μm区间,针状夹杂物转变为近似球状或椭球形的稀土类夹杂,有利于磁性能的提高。
The microstructure, inclusions and inclusions of the non-oriented silicon steel after compound rare earth micro-alloying were characterized and analyzed by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that the composite rare earth microalloying can reduce the grain size of non-oriented silicon steel properly; the number of inclusions in steel decreases and the size is concentrated in the range of 0.5 ~ 5μm, and the acicular inclusions turn into nearly spherical or ellipsoidal rare earths Inclusion, is conducive to the improvement of magnetic properties.
