今年,我們对北京市豆店砖瓦厂东車間的隧道干燥室(干燥室全长36m,共有17条隧道,每条隧道的內寬为0.85m,高为1.30m,每条隧道可以容納干燥車24辆,干燥周期为40小时左右)进行了一次热工測定和計算,企图通过热工分析,了解隧道干燥室在干燥实心砖坯体过程中,热量的使用和分配情况,找出提高隧道干燥室热效率的途径,使今后設計的干燥室更为合理、更为完善。下面根据热支出逐項进行分析。
This year, we had a tunnel drying room at the East Workshop of Beijing Bean Shop Brickyard. (The drying chamber is 36m in length and there are 17 tunnels. Each tunnel has an inner width of 0.85m and a height of 1.30m. Each tunnel can accommodate drying. 24 vehicles with a drying cycle of approximately 40 hours. A thermal measurement and calculation was performed. An attempt was made to understand the use and distribution of heat in the tunnel drying chamber during the drying of the solid brick blank through thermal analysis to find out the improvement of tunnel drying. The thermal efficiency of the chamber makes the design of the drying chamber more rational and complete. The following analysis is based on the thermal expenditure item by item.
