我厂年初由于生产准备工作做的不够,生产管理、操作等方面也未能配合好,致使产品质量下降,红砖的合格率达不到计划指标。针对此一问题,厂党委发动职工要突破这一难关。经过轰轰烈烈的技术革命和优质高产的群众运动,改进了码窑、烧窑技术操作,相应加强了生产管理,使红砖的质量有了好转。7月中旬,优质高产的群众运动出现了新的高潮。职工们从原料到成品,逐道工序进行了深入而细致的检查,分析了各个问题的原因,采取了相应的措施,从而使得红砖的质量有了显著地提高,稳定了生产,机制红砖的一级品率由85.22%增加到94.14%,成品率
