本文从材料方面研究了几个因素.包括跑合过程、钢的硬度及不同组织结构,对4340钢耐磨性的影响。滑动磨损试验是在“柱-盘”试验机上进行的,其固定的圆柱为52100钢,在旋转的圆盘试样上滑动。耐磨性通过圆盘在恒载恒速下的磨损失重及载荷相对滑动速度的磨损机制转变图进行比较,试验中发现了一些新的现象。磨痕的形貌、磨痕截面的特征以及磨屑的类型在光学显微镜及扫描电镜下进行了系统的观察。根据试验结果得出了一些关于改善钢材耐磨性措施的结论,并对滑动磨损机理进行了综合的讨论。
This article from the material aspects of several factors. Including the run-in process, the hardness of steel and different organizational structure, 4340 steel wear resistance. The sliding wear test was performed on a “column-plate” testing machine with a fixed cylinder of 52100 steel, sliding on a rotating disk sample. Wear resistance through the disk at constant load constant speed wear loss and load relative sliding speed of the wear mechanism comparison, the test found some new phenomena. The morphology of the wear scar, the characteristics of the wear scar cross section, and the types of the wear debris were systematically observed under an optical microscope and a scanning electron microscope. Based on the test results, some conclusions about the measures to improve the wear resistance of steel are obtained, and the sliding wear mechanism is discussed comprehensively.
